In reality Trump's particular rise (as opposed to the rise of various politicians that ran for GOP) does not need some narrative of intelligence and forward-thinking strategy; all he needed to do was deflect and over-promise. Any comedian knew that.. ask Trump a question, and he just plays on the egos of whoever happens to be listening and makes it sound "great"/"classy". He doesn't need to understand subjects like Clinton's "stoic character", all he had to do was spin any contrary claims, raise doubt, and placate. You do not need to see more than a step ahead for that kind of "strategy". Blah. I know UP can get crazy, but this type of "proof" would be eaten alive in there, yet on Imgur peeps fall for it..

tumbleweed rank	Thu Nov 17 22:55:02 2016 i never did much w/ .gifs, but for static photos & videos i wouldn't think After Effects CS2 should be reducing quality (i mean it's not technically a free version that would reduce options, just free by mistake or something... i didn't look into it for plausible deniability :p) you can set your own composition size, and when you 'add to render queue' to output, if you click on the output file you can change quality settings and stuff there... not sure if that will fix the issues you've had
