Regulates.

So true.

https://x.com/EU_Commission/status/2094379702546784496?s=20

And then the eurotards are happy about their third place.

The US is like look at our self landing spaceship.

The Chinese are like look at us as we mass produce the world's solar panels and ev battery packs.

The euros are like "we have proudly created new laws to ban things"

As far as I know the EU hasn't banned reusable rockets or solar panels or ev battery packs yet ... so maybe they don't just ban things willy-nilly.

Maybe they have good reason to regulate chatgpt (duh) and Reddit (duh) and Roblox (???).

The EU does love their regulations, but maybe your perception of it is colored by living in the wild west where you have to kill a few people before anyone asks any questions.

America's middle class pride in letting global capital kill them and their kids to scale up quickly in the US and then hijack US foreign policy to expand their monopoly status always confused me.

There's a word for a place like this, and the best most professionals can do is be the farmhand rather than the livestock.

Anyway, sounds like Sam is advocating for a ban on us tech service imports to Europe. So he agrees with the commission in that point.

Anyway, he's wrong.

You only need to look at the acquisitions the US tech giants make.

The whole world innovates, the US monopolises.

"Ya free speech is really dangerous"

Free speech has resulted in an awful lot of deaths.
