rank | Tue Aug 25 08:49:14 ...about the judicial "doctrine" of originalism is an overriding objective and intent - explicitly so - of the founding fathers in the constitution was exactly to prevent someone like Trump doing exactly what Trump has done. The whole of American society has failed, when you get down to it. Voters, media, legislature, judiciary, executive... just utterly broken. |

Im better then you

Sam Adams
rank | Tue Aug 25 12:00:08 The US was designed for an electorate only made up of relatively educated male landowners. I don't think any system can survive allowing plebs to vote. Unlimited democracy does not work with the current human IQ distribution. |

murder
rank | Tue Aug 25 15:38:47 "Unlimited democracy does not work with the current human IQ distribution." Free market economies either, right? If you let stupid people spend their own money, disaster is unavoidable. - |

rank | Tue Aug 25 21:19:41 The system was actually designed for about the population on today's Norway. It has nothing to do with IQ, land ownership, or education. The voting mass in the US was poor as shit and ignorant as hell by today's standards. Its does not work because there are too many of you pretending to do democracy at the national level. May I suggest dissolution of union? |

rank | Tue Aug 25 21:24:05 As for the current human IQ distribution. It is destributed around 100 by definition. Peak intelligence relatively is generation X. We are smarter than those before and after. The greatest generation had an average IQ of 100 in their time. Give them todays test and they would average about 85. It gets worse the further back you go. The greatest generation was way smarter than their grandparents. |

rank | Tue Aug 25 23:54:49 Lol read Jefferson and Franklin, and dare I say, Adams. Much more intelligent than modern Norwegians. Vastly. |

rank | Wed Aug 26 04:34:30 Dummy, how dumb are you? You cannot extrapolate from two philosophers the state of the common landed man. |

rank | Wed Aug 26 04:37:29 Dummy: Black people are really smart and moral. Vastly more intelligent that white americans. Just read MLK or Desmond Tutu. |

Sam Adams
rank | Wed Aug 26 05:08:05 It is not surprising that jergul cannot correctly judge intelligence through writing. |
|
Sam Adams
rank | Wed Aug 26 05:16:39 Imagine how low IQ you have to be to think mlk is a good representation of high IQ writing. Lmao |

Forwyn
rank | Wed Aug 26 10:14:00 jergul is retarded as usual. And Seb thinks TRUMP is the first time the system failed. We got a generation that let women vote, banned alcohol, and slurped the crippled commie's cock four times. And that's without going further back to Woodrow or Abe |
|
murder
rank | Wed Aug 26 11:50:19 We need to ban alcohol again. Yesterday judging by Forwyn's post. - |

rank | Wed Aug 26 12:16:03 Forwyn: We aren't talking about (incredibly disputable ones your have chosen) bad individual policy choices. We are talking about complete failure of the system to function to deliver its intended outcome. If you walked the founding fathers through how Trumps America functions - irrespective of applying values to any of the policy choices - they would tell you they have the answer to all of them because they've literally designed a constitution that is littered with checks and balances and carefully aligned incentives to prevent any of that happening. If you then explained that Trump emerged despite that framework having been adopted; they'd probably just give up and go become hermits. It is true that this is not the first failure. The civil war, for example, was an explicit rupture. |

rank | Wed Aug 26 13:09:59 Dummy is still dumb. Forwyn, are you jealous? I can call you dummy too, no problem. You've earned it in your many posts. |

rank | Wed Aug 26 13:11:28 Dissolution would solve a lot of problems. You would literally scale down all your problems and become a North American headache instead of a global one. |
