Old Pakistani freighter loses control at cruise altitude, breaks up and crashes. Offshore of the Iran/Paki boarder just east of the Persian gulf.

Consistent with a missile strike.

Of course, given this was an old plane that used to be owned by russia and is now owned by Pakistan as a freighter, it is possible they stopped maintaining it properly and the tail just fell off.

The 737 did not get the memo that the US is attacking again, so flying in the region is not viable.

Trump is wierd. US oil stockpiles have continued to decrease throughout the ceasefire, so prices are going to bounce up again almost immediately. The administration should have known this.
