PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Two people are in custody after allegedly stealing a sanitation truck Friday morning. The trash truck was stolen from a sanitation center in the 5000 block of Grays Avenue. Police said they were able to track the truck to the 400 block of N. 41st Street in West Philadelphia. Two men who were still inside the truck were arrested, police say.

Now, I wasn't going to put my guess in, but since I did, my reasoning is that the area it was taken from is predominantly Irish/Italian (It could just as easyily be Irish)
