I bet it will be possible to transfer all the content of your brain – your knowledge and memory, into a hardware memory so that you can continue to live forever in digital form. And you will be able to transfer ”yourself” to a new and a faster hardware as technology advance. Perhaps you can even make multiple copies of yourself. One version of you lives in a robot with arms and legs, another version of you lives in a stationary gadget that could look like anything! The boundaries will be our imagination.
