While it's certainly admirable to honor 250 years of the U.S. Army and celebrate Flag Day, what’s less admirable is hijacking that momentous occasion to throw a gaudy, taxpayer-funded birthday bash for Donald Trump. Because nothing says "I love America" like a bootleg North Korea–meets–Russia–with–a–dash–of–French–TEMU-style military parade, brought to you by the man who thinks patriotism is best expressed through vanity.

The spectacle? A masterclass in absurdity. Soldiers marched like they were auditioning for a parody sketch—out of sync, out of rhythm, and very clearly out of enthusiasm. Their cadence screamed: "We’re here so we don’t get fined."
