More 'detention' or actual sentencing is needed, is what I'm saying. tumbleweed the wanderer	Sun May 18 11:18:48 i don't know what point you're trying to make -Mexicans aren't the group anyone talks about (but the law on asylum doesn't say you can't file if from x, x or x countries anyway) -the bipartisan bill created under Biden, that R's killed for politics, -would- have sped up hearings & raised the bar for asylum claims -crossing the border illegally isn't a prison crime (which you seem to acknowledge) --------- under Trump, if you are from Venezuela & have a tattoo of, or including, a crown of any shape you get sent to a hellhole El Salvador prison indefinitely (no charges, no proof of gang membership)... that is fucked up (we have two examples of people where the tattoo is the total of evidence, except one guy also gave a rock-and-roll/devil-horns hand gesture in a photo, undoubtedly there are more) and the cult side is fighting for this to be legal & unquestioned... just let those who detain people also have full power to do whatever the hell they want to the people they detain... foreign prison (w/o any charges!) or as now also trying to do (or maybe already have) drop people in Rwanda & Libya (again, w/ no hearing at all for the victim to state whatever case they have)
