My gut says it's less likley to happen in say the EU.

In the EU, I think it will mostly be criminals or people with attitude problems who are going to respond or act the way that this guy in the car did if he is stopped by da police. Normal people will for the most times cooperate with da police.

That's not in America. Hardly anyone acts that way towards the police.

And I'd just like to put out that he somehow didn't get shot.
