Is there some context to this? Were they flying over a crowd when this video was taken? Was this video taken at an actual event or from a mile down the road?

The official event was the bombers flying at 900 meters above the city. Not sure why they do this, but maybe they wanted to demonstrate their dominance? But people don't usually cheer at planes flying overhead outside of that context. Unless the flyover was announced ahead of time, I doubt that most people even realized that it was supposed to be symbolic.

murder Member	Thu Mar 07 19:00:36 The funny thing about all this is that Paramount blames the US and Biden for Sweden joining NATO ... when it's actually Putin who forced Sweden to join NATO. By invading Ukraine (again) Putin made clear that being outside NATO made you a live target for Russian expansion. Sweden and Finland did the only rational thing possible as a response. They joined the alliance before Russia could disengage from Ukraine and move to its next target.

Leaving, well, a bridge and a couple crappy Norwegian bottleneck routes. A lot of Finnish and Swedish isolationalism has been fueled by relative isolation.
