none of it is about framing Trump (as all the evidence completely clear... public, documented, on tape, etc)

& that case was never going to happen before election anyway

I recall trump stating several months ago that willis was having an affair. He incorrectly thought it was with a criminal she has prosecuted. Instead she was having an affair with a staffer who she put on the trump case with her.

I also recall tw saying trump was wrong and this woman would never have an affair. Lol.

Using federal funds illegally is a crime and she will face serious charges for it. But putting a staffer she was fucking on the trump case is going to cause the case to be dismissed. Thought coupled with her general demeanor and behavior towards and about trump = Malicious prosecution 100%.

She is gonna be disbarred. But she will land on her feet as a legal pundit on CNN or msnbc.

"I also recall tw saying trump was wrong and this woman would never have an affair."

yes, i would totally vouch that she never would have an affair...... (you making shit up to spice up a story, just like your cult leader)

but yes, Trump was totally fucking wrong, as a garbage outlet took comments about her giving advice to some guy to mean they must've been fucking (that was the ONLY evidence & Trump & your dumb fucking cult ran w/ it)

but your dumb cult i guess will now consider him right again! rather than be disgusted by the no evidence (or completely made up by him) smears he propagates ALL THE TIME

Or maybe he knew she was having an affair and just got bad info on who it was with. Lol. Tw. I'm glad this happened. It's a rock thrown at your imaginary mirror of a trump destined to go to jail.

"Or maybe he knew she was having an affair and just got bad info on who it was with"

definitely wrong... obviously wrong...

why would Trump have secret knowledge of her love life? plus we -know- the source of his bullshit claim (garbage media... breitbart or something similar, i'm not looking it up... the guy said she gave advice like a mother or aunt or something, & garbage media decided that sounded like sex... so apparently that garbage 'reporter' fucks his own mother)

obaminated there is another option. She could be having more than one affair.

Kind of funny the lengths they are going to keep Fanni and her boy toy from having to say anything under oath.

"obaminated there is another option. She could be having more than one affair"

or the obvious option is the complete bullshit claim was complete bullshit... there was NO indication of the first 'affair', yet you people figure it must have merit for ? reason...

seriously, what is wrong w/ you people?

also, how is your Joe/Hunter Biden case going?

are you still wondering if the Pelosi attacker was a gay lover?

sure there's no evidence & it's clearly false, but that doesn't mean it isn't true, right? %}

I was just offering up another option. Getting trapped into two ideas isn't a good thing. Best to consider all possibilities and yeah some will be more feasible than others but still worth giving it all a glance.

I don't have a Biden case.

I never gave the Pelosi attacker a moments thought. Unrelated I did wonder why Pelosi only got time served and couple of hours of community service for his DUI. I know now it wasn't preferential treatment. Nobody goes to jail in California.

In a further blow to TWs deranged understanding of how the law works... trumps trial over attempting to overturn the election is delayed without a new date because DC courts need to determine if he is immune from prosecution or not.

http://www...t-chutkan-biden-2020-2024.html

Tw repeatedly claiming it was a laughable absurd argument always made me smile because I knew it was inevitable for this to blow up in his face.

It's not a laughable argument. It's a valid argument.

“I was just offering up another option.”

which allows the nonsense to continue... we -know- the source of the rumor, we -know- it was bullshit (giving advice is zero indication of a sexual relationship and that was the writers only ‘evidence’), we -know- Trump did not have additional secret info or he would’ve mentioned it (plus he never has info), instead he only linked the bullshit article

when there is zero evidence, and especially when the source of the rumor shown to be total bullshit, you can stop mentioning the rumor or wondering if true

somehow this notion is complicated now

“It's not a laughable argument. It's a valid argument.”

the double jeopardy is a laughable argument

the total immunity is an idiotic argument, one nobody should even want to be true, yet to protect Trump they accept it (like idiotic nonsensical secret mental declassification, and then just walking out of office with hundreds of classified docs, at least according to all who remain in govt)

and on the crazy chance the court agrees with immunity, it’s not going to be the total immunity Trump keeps demanding, but as they convinced the judges that trying to corruptly overturn the results of an election was in the scope of his duties (as they keep lying they were just trying to investigate voter fraud, which is not at all what was going on, there would have been no new investigations uncovering anything per the plan, just legislatures voting to change the electors based on his barrage of bullshit claims)

I doubt my offering up another option in these forums has any impact outside these forums. Of course we know the source of the more than one affair rumor. It is me, I am the source.

I believe kargen's source. It's very plausible and fits with baby-mommas having lots of different absent-fathers. She's already admitted to one, so that must be the one whose child she currently believes she's carrying. When she goes on Maury, Maury will reveal whether or not she's correct.

I'm also wondering how tumblefucktard will handle it if/when Trump is exonerated of all wrongdoing. The left likes to pretend that 91 indictments are the smoke that means fire, but this is their Gish Gallop fallacy at work. This same lie was used against Cosby and Michael Jackson ("[So many allegations! At least one most be true!]") — both of whom are innocent but needed to be destroyed by the Regime. Will the left become verdict-deniers? We'll see.

It'd be useless to ask tw this directly since he doesn't know how he would feel if he didn't have breakfast this morning, but I suspect we'll find out eventually regardless of whether or not he can entertain the hypothetical.

"#FanniWillis went to Emory School of Law, where the average LSAT this year was 168.

In her graduation year, approximately 14 African American women in the entire country scored over 170 on the LSAT.

And you can be sure they all went to Harvard and Yale, not Emory."

(clip of Willis misunderstanding court procedures and stumbling for words)

Lots of funny clips are coming out of Willis' courtroom stupidities. In the most egregious case, it was clear that she was paid by her salaried lover to take vacations which may exceed $10,000 of spending ( http://nypost.com/2024/01/25/news/fani-willis-financial-disclosure-omits-travel-paid-for-by-nathan-wade/ ). Her attempt to evade this is in claiming that she paid back that money in cash (i.e., untraceable). She makes this claim from a black tendency to keep cash around the home — a claim which her own father went on the stand to verify.

And it is true that poor people and black people often hide cash at home, so much so that you can be assured that a black person robbed you if your mattress has been flipped because such thieves think that other people hide cash there too. But, Willis has to pretend that she has so much cash at home that she can pay back $10,000+ without even a trip to the ATM. It's certainly not impossible for someone to keep that much money around and many people do, but even then cash-without-receipt is not exactly how official expenses are reimbursed.

She may also have (accidentally) admitted to using campaign funds for this private money stash, possibly in violation of campaign finance laws, though that might be too fine a point to pursue in the short term.

More to the point of the Tweet, the DNC has intentionally put sycophants and incompetents such as Willis into positions of power across society specifically so they'll have these activist networks taking legal action against Regime enemies. I warned of this back in 2020 when the judges ruling on the election were clearly making rulings from immense bias — even proudly saying that their rulings were more important than the laws themselves — but useful idiots such as those judges and Willis still exist to carry water for the lie of "no evidence of fraud". It was a major Regime-propaganda selling point to be able to make that claim, and their useful idiots either maliciously or stupidly pretended that the intentional suppression of evidence by Willis types was the same thing as the non-existence of evidence.

Oof. Willis implosion continues.

Terrence Bradley testified that Wade himself told Bradley that he was in a relationship with Willis in 2019, meeting at a conference.
So at this point
• Willis lied under oath (i.e., perjury)
• Wade lied under oath (i.e., perjury)
• Willis and Wade coordinated their lie (i.e., conspiracy to commit perjury)

[C-SPAN]
(Accidental admission by Bradley occurs at 1:14:30)
http://www...athan-wade-relationship-part-1

So Bradley was attempting to make it sound like he was merely speculating about the relationship, but he admitted that Wade told him that there was a relationship. When asked to clarify, he couldn't think of legitimate reasons that he was only "speculating" (basically sat there trying to think of a lie for why Wade could have told him without 'telling' him).

It's a near certainty at this point that Willis will be removed, but they'll just keep calling witnesses.

Imagine spending all the time, money, and effort, to become attorneys ... just to burn it all down to the ground just to cover up a stupid affair that would have resulted in minor sanctions.

These two morons may end up in fucking prison because they decided that they were clever enough to bullshit their way out of a clear conflict of interest.

I guess they can always become jailhouse attorneys.
