Finding out that the judge has only failed to extradite a single time in 24 cases should spell things out for the likely result here (extradition). I can't tell if Matt Kennard thinks that this is a sign of Trump fascism in particular (8:30), because he does mention the hypocricy of resistance Democrats afterwards. Wikipedia edits following the 2016 election have seen to it that fascism is "[only right-wing]" (versions of the page before then showed academic articles from decades before and from Mussolini himself explaining the existence of center and left-wing fascism — all of those have now been scrubbed from the page), but the DNC wants the same as Trump's DOJ here: for Assange to be extradited and for the press to be controlled when it comes to leaking classified materials against their party. Without knowing who Biden would pick for his attorney general, it's difficult to say that Biden would go against the DNC grain by refusing to prosecute Assange or if he would continue to go full-party, which in this case would mean using his DOJ to change journalism protection precedence by imprisoning Assange. It would be nice if candidates would reveal their planned cabinet appointments in advance. People got a shock when Obama did business-as-usual appointments, and Trump followed suit with mob-style appointments. If Biden would reveal a non-partisan attorney general now, that would probably alleviate a lot of concerns about continued rioting and maybe Assange wouldn't kill himself.
