This particular case above all was a sham, the jury foreman ( forewoman?) Clearly had it out for Stone regardless of his guilt, clear grounds for a mistrial.

Thr judge made a bad call and had her mistake fixed at by a higher ranking official, mind you an elected official.

I kindnof get paramount beimg against this. 1 he has a more European view of justice ( remember Amanda Knox?)
