BREAKING - An armed Not Fucking Around Coalition (NFAC) militia in Stone Mountain, Georgia has called out all rednecks to face them on the field of battle.

Looks like 100+ dressed in all black marching.

In the second civil war, one side owned 99% of the food and 95% of the guns, and had about 95% of the police and military.

The war was short.

That is actually the recipe for a very long civil war. Just ask Assad.

Only if the short end gets massive foreign funding, weapons aid, training, logistics support, targeting data, etc etc etc

I'll repost this from UGT:

The "Not Fucking Around Coalition (NFAC)", an armed black militia group, marching on Stone Mountain, Georgia:
[Jul 4, 2020]
http://imgur.com/gallery/uwZmKoQ
News source:
http://meaww.com/nfac-stone-mountain-park-armed-black-lives-matter-militia-protest-reactions

A comment on the Imgur link shows that at least one NFAC protester tries to distance himself from BLM ( http://files.catbox.moe/amglmu.mp4 ). Seems like a more confrontational stance. A little bit of overt racism there:
"We're black militia, bro... What are you is the question? Everywhere you go you invade, steal, rape, rob, and pillage, then you steal people's cultures, then you dare to have an attitude about it. Where's our reparations? ... It's not what you did, it's what your ancestors did."

Another comment points out that the NFAC leader posts some wild misinformation (a fake Hitler quotation) on his website about black supremacy:
http://twitter.com/TheOfficialGra3/status/1276982105726160897?fbclid=IwAR3WHJG5CcRAYUfw7iWovPPGETJDBTBGiR98LlH4Ribl8B8xGBIljrwQW9c

People in the comments make the point that people will complain that (alleged) armed white supremacists and NRA members shouldn't have a problem with this, but even if the armed anti-mask protesters were all 100% white supremacists, I'm not sure those commenters notice the problem with this just being *another* racist group preparing for a race war...

@OP

That's not how "masked vigilantes on Stone Mountain" are supposed to look like. The Matrix is developing some really weird bugs as of late.

How do we know that the video is legit and not a deep fake made by Russia or China to divide and conquer America? The video could have been recorded at a different time with a different context, but then Putin or Chairman Jingping found the video and added Samuel L Jackson's voice to it and put it out on the internet and now we are here wondering if the civil war 2.0 is about to start.

What makes you think they won't?

China and Russia will exploit the fuck out of that.

You've let your culture war turn from a neat political tactic to a potentially fatal flaw in your nation.

Black militant groups are nothing new. And if you're concerned about communist infiltration into American politics, they already won that battle when they took over the public education system in the 60s.

The mass indoctrination of American children to make them hate their own country has been a huge winner for our enemies. No amount of gun-running to black dissident groups could ever hope to match that.

Dangerous place for blacks to show up like that. The Klan is very alive and well in that part of the country. I used to deliver to Dalton Ga. just down the road from there and it was commonly stated that when the sun went down you don't want to be black in N. Georgia.

Because a sane Russia wouldn't arm the MUH RUSSIA faction.

Your faggot country will probably do that.

1. The recipients don't need to know where the money etc comes from

2. Of course Russia would support any faction. It'd support both sides. The object is to fuck America as hard as possible. They don't want one side to win. They want both to lose.

I envisage something a bit like Northern Ireland.

I've been to Georgia. They are going to need a lot more than 100 people.

North Georgia is the ultimate racist hillbilly stronghold. 100,000 might get the job done.

"They don't want one side to win. They want both to lose."

A large secession cleanly removes the US hegemony.

Though of course a protracted civil war helps them even more.

Forwyn:

There is no scope for a clean secession, and actually the rich, powerful coastal States would still be vastly more powerful than Russia, and likely far more decisive if freed from the draining culture war the red inland states bring. The inland red States would largely be a defacto colony anyway: locked in trade whether the bulk of the economic benefits still flow through.

They'd be angling for long drawn out low level civil war that would keep you turned inward and fucking yourselves over.

Hardly, if you go by the 2016 election, you would have a northeast corridor nation roughly from Virginia to Maine, just along the coast, and then another west coast corridor consisting of CA, OR, WA, and NV.

The rest of the US including Texas and Florida would be a militant, commie hating monster with vast natural resources and port access along the gulf and southern Atlantic.

"There is no scope for a clean secession"

"It's sad watching a country decide it hates a part of itself more than it loves itself in its entirety."

Most people wouldn't give a shit if California seceded, and I doubt Yankees would be clamoring to march south and keep Alabama from seceding. There's no massive impetus like slavery to goad people on.

First past the post and oddly shaped districts don't tell the story of how things would split when law and order break down. Go by the popular vote, or more realistically given low turn outs, polls.

In any case, vast natural resources don't count for that much, if it did, Africa would be a super power.

It's the coastal trading States that have the global network and trade that generates wealth.

Yes, like Texas and Florida.

The midwestern states might lean blue if it came to that, but the rest is representative. You also might see Virginia go red, outside of the DC suburbs.

Funny how its all constitutinal rights when only one side walks around with guns. As soon as the other does, then we talk about civil war.

The 2nd ammendment only work if Trumpers walk around with weapons?

Daky
The group going out of its way to seek confrontation would be blame. So the rednecks in your scenario.

And yes I fully support their right to bear arms.

Provided of course that they did not lose those rights due to one or more felony convictions. Funny how no one seems to argue for the restoration of that particular right for ex-cons.

"Funny how its all constitutinal rights when only one side walks around with guns. As soon as the other does, then we talk about civil war."

I don't see anyone here saying they can't walk around with guns. I see people saying it might not be a good idea to call rednecks out in that part of the country.
Doesn't even seem to be a lot of fear in these forums. The consensus among the conservatives is they would probably regret an armed confrontation.
Either way it was peaceful and nobody got shot. Obviously guns are not the problem.
If what most liberals hold true had actually happened 10% would have committed suicide with a gun during the march, 4% would have accidentally shot themselves, 2.5% would have accidentally shot someone else and there would have been 12 murders.
I made the numbers up but numbers aside that is pretty much what liberals tell you happens when people have guns.

Who actually generates wealth:

Definetly not activists, bloggers, government functionaries and artists, and only a tiny fraction from baristas and fast food employees.

Thats about 90% of the left so i guess you are pretty fucked huh?

Sam, Some artists generate wealth, Hollywood literally dominates the world in movies/tv and it helps to habe a cultural voice.

I would consider Hollywood more a redistribution of wealth. Same as professional athletes.

Although the merchandise (t-shirts and all that shit) associated with both would be generating wealth I suppose so indirectly they help.

Personally every redneck militia I saw I viewed as the building blocks for civil war. I always thought, well when the blacks and liberals start doing the same, shit is about to hit the fan. And the gun fags always made a point about this, lulz conservatives/rightwingers own all the guns! Yea but the libs can just go to a store and buy them, it is actually quite easy!

However, when one armed group calls another armed group out and asks them to face them, that is an escalation. Regardless of political affiliations.

When your country is a smoldering ruin, remember, I todeso. Ok? I fucking todeso. Right here on UP WE ALL TODESO! But you were like no, there is no global warming, something something communism, Trump is a genius, America first and god created the world in 7 days. Well alright then...

If by wealth, you mean gdp, then it is obviously the federal government that creates wealth through printing money and borrowing.

Baristas actually pack far above their weight in terms of generating gdp.

The input factors on coffee are pennies to the dollar of the final price.

Interesting to see Seb portray coastal states as primary wealth generators due to the presence of financial markets

Yeah, never really understood why you think I'm a communist or socialist. I'm what is called in the UK a Liberal (which is centre right: broadly in favour of civil liberties and individual autonomy and free markets in principle, and internationalist. The point is I think these things are a means to an end, not in themselves so they can be curtailed where needed.

Yay free trade and finance, but also tax them and regulate them

You only think I'm socialist because you've turned Liberalism's tenners into points of absolute theology.

Perhaps revisit your assumptions?

Back to the march. Some of those people were provided guns for the march and given real basic instructions about where not to point the gun and how to keep their finger off the trigger.
They wanted to make a point but they really didn't want an armed confrontation.

Also has anybody seen this covered on the main stream news at all? I don't remember seeing anything about it and I watch/listen to a lot of news.

I don't know that all of them had ammo. They could have had ammo clips on the belts for show and an empty clip in the gun? If the clip was loaded you can bet they were told not to chamber one.

To bad this didn't get more coverage. They had a point to make and did it without incident and very few even know it happened.

My guess is the main stream media hates the 2nd amendment more than they hate statues. Whatever the reason the press really failed on this one.

"To bad this didn't get more coverage ... Whatever the reason the press really failed on this one."

Usually when people say this there end up being a bunch of articles with major coverage disproving the point.. but this really was not covered. The big two U.S. sites, Fox News and CNN, did not cover it (I can't find anything on their sites). The biggest name write-up I found was from NewsWeek, which, despite a sensational title, actually did social media research — just stuff already covered here in UP ("Armed Black Militia Challenges White Nationalists at Georgia's Stone Mountain Park" http://www...as-stone-mountain-park-1515494 ). There was a similar effort also from USNews.

It was picked up by local affiliates (e.g., Fox 5 ATL) and had blurbs on TheHill and ABCNews. Beyond that, it's just off-brand content from sites like WVAV and MarketWatch, but it's mostly just dutiful 200-word stories.

When armed protesters entered Michigan's state capitol building, it was in-your-face news for days. It may just be practical: maybe protesters need to stick around locations for longer and/or go to crowded places or government buildings to make the news.

RoB would probably blame this on Illuminati lizard people. ;p
