Not quickly. It will take another 2-3 months. But local and regional storage will run out unevenly. 900 million barrels of mobile seaborn capacity can only even out storage differences to a certain point.

But when it runs out... 5 dollars a barrel? 15? It does not matter. The stuff will be useless.

Remember that the house of Said are being real asshats. They are draining their storage as fast as possible to they can retain production latter when all other stores are full.

Russia? They will probably start burning it to heat up lakes or something.

How long does oil last in an airtight container?

I feel like the world could have a better strategic reserve of useful cheap things than it currently does.

It separates during storage. Gravity, duh.

The smart thing about your strategic reserve is geothermal heating. Heavy sinks, but warm rises. So you get natural circulation and indefinite storage.

Storage is one reason piplines of synthetic oil is so incredibly stupid.

Fracking oil could be stored in bitumen brick form after being shipped by rail. But no, must treat to give pipeline viscosity, then brand it synthetic crude.

There is so little time, and so many things to hate.
