Hi, long shot here - an I'm helping a local volunteer org set up a virtual call centre and I need a good SaaS task manager system designed for voluntary orgs that has a mobile app.

Ideal is one where staff can be added to lists corresponding to services they can provide, and have self set working hours / check in/check out capability so that the people assigning the tasks have minimal chance to assign a task to a volunteer who isn't available/isn't willing to perform it.

Any ideas?
