When I came back from Hawaii I almost settled in San Francisco.

I'm Sure Glad I didn't.

Did Rod just start a new thread to post a link to a Google images search? Maybe something more substantial next time, Rod, if you want to get your point across.

I'm not sure even what you're talking about here. Is it that you hate homeless people, or is it that you are afraid you might become one?

That is the new form of mental hospitals since they closed most of them down 40 years ago.

I have spent 14 years of my life living in San Francisco, what was once one of the greatest and most beautiful cities in the world.

It occurred to me that de Blasio is running New York into the ground so I decided to see what was happening to one of my favorite cities.

I'm sure they are not the only two cities that a being ruined because they are being overrun by illegal aliens. If that does not bother then mpve on.

So you're saying homeless = illegals?

LOL!

Are you saying that none of them are living on the street?

The mayor of San Francisco has made near half a billion dollars available over a two year period to illegals for their education. He is very disappointed that not very many have applied.

"Are you saying that none of them are living on the street? "

Negative. But you made the OP and in your search, you put "San Francisco's homeless problem."

So you are inferring that homeless are illegals. And then along with that attaches more inference by you that if illegals were removed, then there will be no "San Francisco's homeless problem."

"The mayor of San Francisco has made near half a billion dollars available over a two year period to illegals for their education. He is very disappointed that not very many have applied. "

So how again does this associate itself to the OP you made using a google image search of "San Francisco's homeless problem?"

Only a liberal would be stupid enough to think that I meant only illegals are homeless. Honestly cr, you are dumber than an iron ball. Please go do something that contributes to mankind.

Cutting off your dick would be a good start.

San Fran's problem is that the city refuses to build more housing. As such, cost of housing skyrockets due to increasing demand (through quality jobs) and increased spending ability of those who are imported (not illegals, just from other locations) to fill those higher paying jobs.

The fix is easy. Zone more housing to meet demand.

I am basing it from your comments only, pedo rod.

"Hot Rod

That pretty much is supplemental to your OP that you decided to look back at one of your "favorite cities" to see it "overrun by illegal aliens" supported by the Google image search of "San Francisco's homeless problem."

LOL!

Where are they going to build more low-cost housing?

Golden Gate Park?

Do you know how much land area San Francisco takes up?

49 Sq. Miles. It is 7 miles by 7 miles.

Who said low cost? Any housing would do.

cr - I am basing it from your comments only, pedo rod.

And how many times have we discussed the homeless problems in The United States? How many homeless are ex-military and how often have they been mentioned in the news. Not to mention those that just can't cope.

The subject of this thread is homeless illegals simply because the entire state of California is now a sanctuary state. The entire state protects the illegals, homeless or not.

And it concerns San Francisco because I lived there and I am aware of just how great she was and how much I loved living there before she was ruined.

Do you think you will ever be able to understand **ANY** subject we are discussing without a roadmap tattooed on your nose?

Same answer. No room.

Besides, if they built 100,000 units of housing the homeless would not be able to afford them unless they were built low-cost at the taxpayers' expense. And California is already taxed too heavily such as a 9% sales tax.

Clearly you don't understand markets. By simply adding housing, the cost of all housing will go down. Will it be enough to house the homeless? Who the fuck knows. But either way, San Fran needs a serious readjustment in their housing prices, as the cost of living makes generally decent salaries by US average standards practically unlivable in the bay. They need to make room. Their current course is untenable.

Hot Rod you don't have to go to San Francisco to find the homeless. You have them right there in Kansas City.

The cost of housing all over the country in urban areas is skyrocketing. Yet, the need for low wage employees is still there.

When will the employers buy up old buildings and subdivide the spaces into closet size apartments to house their help? Reverting back to the Company town days of yore. They will buy their food and pay for their rent in their salary.

It's not even an issue of room per se. Take Seattle, which is in the middle of a massive construction boom (averaging a crane count of over 50 from 2015 to 2017). What effect did that have on rents? They skyrocketed, since residential development is primarily luxury units. High-rises dont really do anything to relieve the pressure on mid- to lower-class supply or rents, they just provide great investment opportunities for Russian oligarchs. Short of a return to the era of urban renewal (which no one wants), the economics of residential development simply don't favor the non-wealthy.

"The subject of this thread is homeless illegals simply because the entire state of California is now a sanctuary state. The entire state protects the illegals, homeless or not."

Where in the OP was that?

"Do you think you will ever be able to understand **ANY** subject we are discussing without a roadmap tattooed on your nose?"

You posted a link about homeless people in San Francisco to demonstrate how bad it is since whenever where it can be easily scene from various locations in the State and other states. Only then later in the thread declare that it is primarily that way due to illegal aliens while simultaneously claim that they are homeless.

Lol you're so dumb.
