Daemon can you find the actual study? Most articles talk of differences between groups and nuances. I can get by reading but not sure how to find the study :)

Generally their own fault they are unemployed, uneducated, etc. Nothing stops anybody from getting a job, very little stopping people from going to school. Now, this may not hold true for Afghan/Iraqi/Syrian/Kurdish/Sudanese/Somali immigrants who arrive as teenagers, they have all sorts of linguistic issues, education level issues, etc, but I guess the moral of that story is we shouldnt be importing migrants from difficult to assimilate demographic groups like young males.
