Utopia Talk / Politics / Oliver Stone on Putin
Paramount
rank | Fri Aug 18 22:34:58 2017 I have finished watching Oliver Stone's interviews with Putin. Four 1 hour long episodes. Oliver Stone meets with Putin on dozens of different occasion between 2015-2017 and they talk about interesting stuff. Ukraine, Syria, nuclear weapons, hackings, Russia, about himself, about Snowden, CIA, America, etc and so on. Really interesting. You'll get to know Putin a bit more. I got the impression that he seems to be charming, nice, briefed and knowledgable, intelligent, honest, honorable and a steadfast man, and you get the sense that he also has humor. At the same time he isn't someone who takes crap or bends over. He seems like a fair guy. You all should watch these interviews. I recommend them. Dayum. |

He wants Russia to have a close relation with Europe and America, but America has not been willing to give up its hostilities. And perhaps if America had had a different attitude towards Russia, then maybe Putin would not have chosen to remain as PM/president for as long as he has been. |
