I believe that I am correct that when someone is killed during the commission of a felony then those involved in committing the felony are just a guilty as the one who caused the death. If you and your buddies decide to rob a bank and you are the getaway driver, if one of your friends kills the bank guard inside the bank then you too can be charged with murder.
