With healthcare and the economy now fully fixed, no doubt one area in urgent need of sweeping Obama-style reforms would be targeting movie reviewers who write negatively about Hollywood. The pres. of Brazil has the power to implement all sorts of programs/measures (with some limitations of course) for 6 months, after the 6 months is up their congress/parliment can either install it or revoke it.
