Sam Adams
rank | Wed Apr 28 06:51:46 2010 It costs more to spend a night at a motel 6 in the worthless hills of vermont than it does in Zermatt, ultra-rich mountain resort in the swiss alps at the base of the Matterhorn. lol. |

rank | Wed Apr 28 06:54:03 2010 Dunno why you'd expect any less from Vermont. Vermont is Western New Hampshire. It's only marginally less sucky than upstate New York. |
Sam Adams
rank | Wed Apr 28 06:58:55 2010 Its sucks far more ass than upstate New York. http://med...tter/photos/p1010173_large.jpg gee, is that the kindof cool Adirondacks of upstate NY or the pathetic green "mountains" of worthless vermont. |
yankeessuck123
rank | Wed Apr 28 07:01:59 2010 Maybe the mountains are better, but everything else sucks. One time I went west from Burlington through upstate NY, and just watched everything get progressively shittier. |
Sam Adams
rank | Wed Apr 28 07:04:56 2010 i guess i would probably live in Burlington than say, albany. But that aint saying much. |

rank | Wed Apr 28 08:52:58 2010 In Sweden allemansrätten (lit. "everybody's right") is a freedom granted by the Constitution of Sweden. Since 1994 the Instrument of Government says that notwithstanding the right to own property "everyone shall have access to nature in accordance with allemansrätten".[6] What this means is not further explicated on in the constitution, and only sparsely in other legislation.[7] The concept was introduced in the 1940s as a customary law. With the increased living standard in Sweden during the early 20th centuryâ??and with the introduction of mandatory holidaysâ??the government wanted to encourage outdoor access and a healthy lifestyle for its citizens. [8] As in other Nordic countries, the Swedish right to roam comes with an equal emphasis being placed upon the responsibility to look after the countryside; the maxim is "do not disturb, do not destroy". |

rank | Wed Apr 28 08:58:58 2010 Some places in the US do that better than others. |
Freddy
rank | Wed Apr 28 14:41:21 2010 If it's $40 for a trailer site with hook-ups then that is about average. I paid $6 in VT in 1980 for a small tent site. State campgrounds are the worst for amenities though, usually just a shower and a shitter. Stay at a mom & pop place, it will be much better for amenities, pool, mini golf, shit like that, and cheaper. If you are near Bromley, go alpine sliding. It is the best mountain in the NE for that, or it was 20 years ago anyway. |

rank | Wed Apr 28 19:31:18 2010 Sam, you shouldn't visit Vermont. You're too jewish to be there. What a retard whining about $40 for camping. Nobody forced you. |
Sam Adams
rank | Wed Apr 28 19:57:00 2010 Most places it is free. Some spots its like 10-15$. Except vt, which obviously sucks a hairy asshole. |

rank | Wed Apr 28 20:29:05 2010 Sam is just a filthy communist who has a problem with paying user fees because he thinks the tax dollars of people who actually make real money should be taken away to pay for his expenses. |
PhunkyPhishStyle
rank | Wed Apr 28 22:18:00 2010 You can stay for free in any state or national park so long as you are willing to walk deep enough into the woods. Charging $40 bucks to camp is expected, because most people are too fucking fat and lazy to walk over 100 yards from their car to see 'nature'. In fact, most visitors to state and national parks don't even leave their fucking cars at all. |

To be fair when I went to visit vermont lodging was always free, my aunt/uncle ran a ski resort on Killington. They actually met in Switzerland though at ski competitions. |
Freddy
rank | Wed Apr 28 22:34:35 2010 Killington, LOL. Bunch of wannabe yuppie pussy-fags. |
habebe
rank | Wed Apr 28 22:43:00 2010 They ran a resort there, they skied most of their competitions in Switzerland, the resort was their retirement, until Uncle pete died of brain cancer and they sold it. |

rank | Thu Apr 29 00:02:20 2010 I went camping in VT last summer and the summer before that at a small site that was somewhere between $5 and $10 a day. The rest of the details of the trip are hazy at best, so I couldn't tell you where exactly this place is. |

rank | Thu Apr 29 02:05:12 2010 It's all the baby rapers going to a state where they think that even if they get caught the worst that will happen to them is a few days in county. |
Sam Adams
rank | Thu Apr 29 05:18:55 2010 I think its actually because vermont has no economy and they want to tax tourists more. |

rank | Thu Apr 29 07:19:41 2010 Sam may be right. " In 2007, Vermont was ranked 32nd among states in which to do business. It was 30th the previous year.[47] In 2008, an economist said that the state had "a really stagnant economy, which is what we are forecasting for Vermont for the next 30 years."[48] According to the 2005 U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis report, Vermontâ??s gross state product (GSP) was $23 billion. This places the state 50th among the 50 states. It stood 38th in per capita GSP.[49][50] The per capita personal income was $32,770 in 2004." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vermont#Economy 32k/yr!!!! It gets better, the largest part of their GSP (gross STATE product) is from the government!!!lmao Government - $3,083 million (13.4%) |
