Rent Your Home To Stay Out Of Foreclosure

Fannie Mae Program To Help People In Transitional Period

If you can't pay the mortgage but still want to stay in your home, you can do that by renting it.

Deed For Lease Program

Fannie Mae has a new program that allows borrowers on the verge of foreclosure the option of renting their home for at least one year.

The Deed for Lease program will allow homeowners to transfer their home title to Fannie Mae and sign a one-year lease with potential month-to-month extensions after that.

Rents are based on current market rates, the company said.

Fannie Mae officials said the program helps eliminate some of the uncertainty of foreclosure and keeps families in their homes during a transitional period.

When are you going to man up and admit the housing bubble had it's root causes years ago and that *many people* share responsibility for it including Bush.

But it is not *ALL* Bush's fault. By declaring it is you are just shouting your stupidity from the rooftops.

If you knew anything at all about the issue you would know that the "Community Reinvestment Act" was passed during The Carter Administration and it was strengthened considerably during The Clinton Administration.

Of course Bush shares the blame, but it is not entirely his fault as you are implying.
