We were assured, no we were *PROMISED* enough H1N1 vaccine for everyone. Even when they thought some would need two shots for it to be effective we were told not to worry.

Here we are now with the program barely underway and they are running out of the vaccine all around the country.

IF THE ASSHOLE GOVERNMENT CANNOT HANDLE A SIMPLE VACCINATION PROGRAM,

JUST HOW IN THE HELL ARE THEY GOING TO HANDLE THE HEALTH NEEDS OF 320,000,000 PEOPLE?

WAKE UP PEOPLE BEFORE THEY KILL US ALL.

Time flies when youre having fun. I still remember talking about swine flu at work and the retards at work were brushing it off as if it was just a one-day-fly event.

They laughed and told me to look at China instead. And here we are 6-8 months later and the flu is still here. Worse, winter is coming. And influenza period is soon to get worse and worse.

That's depressingly almost true. MedImmune, bought by AstraZeneca in 2007, is located in Maryland and does produce a flu vaccine.

But it doesn't matter where it comes from. The companies are being slow because it's cheaper. :-\

ehcks, I wasn't aware of them. Thanks for setting me straight. But since Sept. 15 The HHS had only ordered 40 Million doses from them.

Not sure where the other 400 Million plus doses were supposed to come from.

Six months ago the media monsters were telling us that we were all going to die of the swine flu.

The year before it was the bird flu that we all were going to die off. And the year before that it was SARS.

But here we are now, alive and kicking and wondering why the hell we wasted billion of dollars on a vaccine that no one wants. Meanwhile, the drug/medicine companies are laughing all the way to the banks.

The program was considered to be "on time" until the federal government decided to handle all the distribution and other shit that goes along with getting the shots out to the masses.

Shortly after the government announced they were taking over they then said there was a shortage of eggs causing a slowdown in production. Not sure why that wasn't a problem before the government stepped in?

Millions of eggs are required, and they can only come from farms that have been vetted. The Flue Vaccine is a strategic asset so that means for one, the Farmer needs a Top Secret security clearance, the facility has been cleared by the CDC and the eggs are stored and transported in a secure environment.
