According to he didn't surrender the Presidency because of will of voters. Trump gave up because liberals were mean to an anonymous government bureaucrat.

In reality GSA is supposed to be independent and Trump should not have anything with GSA and actively sabotaging the President-elect Biden

Much like energy ( which he is very high energy) Trump can never be destroyed, only transferred.
