I suspect there is an unofficial sort of "alliance of convenience", a convergence of agendas that just happen to overlap in some crucial areas. Just a few "For instance" situations, it is in the interest of Communist China to indirectly support the Arabs, who will cause ongoing conflict with Israel. They funnel money to causes that would benefit their vital national interest in order to continue to cause ongoing political and economic friction to the Israelis and consequently the United States. The United States is an economic and geopolitical competitor to China, and China has a 5,000 year history of shrewdly negotiating in the most complex forms of political intrigue and manipulation. Not to get sidetracked, but why do you think China refuses to condemn North Korea? It is in their strategic interest to keep North Korea on life support so that the United States can expend resources and political capital on it. It is also in the interest of Russia to discretely funnel aid and support to Marxist groups who are radically Anti-Capitalist, in order to further their agenda in continuing to seize private capital and wealth. Many governments find a cozy alliance in the same way. And, since the Jewish lobby in America is powerful and wealthy, they often become the target of many groups' hatred. Anti-Capitalists get infiltrated by pro-Muslim groups who often steer the direction of the group into an anti-Semitic direction. There are an infinite number of reasons, really. And they are all valid. The mixture of Communism with Marxism and Anti Semitism is a brew for the perfect storm, drawing Muslims, Communist Chinese agents, corrupt tin-pot dictators, and many others- who all want the same thing: American wealth, perceived to be largely managed by Jews.

The same reason that 10,000 years of military strategy has taught us to divide our enemies by breaking or interfering with their alliances. Israel is an ally of the United States. It is therefore in the strategic interest of all Communist countries to drive a wedge between Israel and the United States. Since the USA is a Democratically run Republic, the way to divide US - Israeli relations is to cause public sentiment to drift away from Israel. This deteriorates the ability for Israeli government to proceed with their agenda by degrading their political clout, their capacity to negotiate, and their regional economy. It is unquestionable that an economically depressed, politically weakened Israel is in the interest of its Muslim neighbors, therefore VOILA! You have a match made in heaven (or Paradise) for the Muslims, the Chinese, the Russians, and anyone else with overlapping agendas. The Muslims want a weak Israel, and the Chinese and Russians want a weak USA. Driving a wedge between Israel and the USA is a sure way of doing that.
