The Children Member	Sat Aug 09 08:21:58 story: eren is a dumb piece of shitty little kid, who as a child, witnessed his mother bein eaten by a deformed monster known as a titan. now he vows revenge and kill every titan in the world. the story takes place in a world surrounded by 3 walls. wall maria, wall rose and wall sina. within each wall are cities and land. think of them as a giant circle. wall sina is the center piece where royalty and merchants live. supposedly the safest place. the inner circle is wall rose which is where the middle class live. And the outer circle wall is wall maria with cities and common folk. the story begins when wall maria is breached when a giant titan and an armored titan appeared out of nowhere and destroyed a portion of wall maria. smaller titans soon overran the cities and ppl were being eaten everywhere. so da story goes that durin that day 20% of humans were wiped and wall maria was lost. 5 years later our stupid kid hero grows up and joins the barracks so he can be a soldier and kill the titans 4 revenge. accompanyin him are his friends mikasa and armin. durin the trainin years, he meets new friends and shits. the story is based on manga and they converted the first 30 or so chapters into anime. the first season of da anime is about those chapters. with a second season not yet confirmed. but considerin this shit is pretty big in jappieland and the manga is around chapter 60 already, im guessin season 2 will come, eventually. characters: the story knows a shit ton of characters. most u will not recognize even 20 episodes later. some of them do quite look alike. well lets face it, most of them r just cannonfodder 4 titan food. Some characters r quite stupid tbh like da main character. he was cool at first but later on, u can pretty much tell what an idiot he is. if u start da anime, i gotta say the first 2 episodes r kinda stupid and merely back stories 4 da real series. it really begins with the invasion of trot. but once shit gets rollin however, u will soon be addicted 2 this shit. ofc da story bout human survival vs titan and everythin is not quite as it seems but since da shit is still rollin in jappieland, u dunt know what is not quite right. da first season of da anime is easily 8 out of 10. unfortunately there aint more. just 25 episodes, so im currently continuin da story on manga, but shit aint the same as watchin it as anime. and the chapters after dunt seem 2 be as good as season 1. yes, there r more reveals and twist, but shit, i liked season 1 better.

I don't need an entire episode featuring an internal struggle, with the climax and end featuring him finally coming to a conclusion about what to do, while in the real world only a minute or two has passed.
The Children Member	Sat Aug 09 14:19:51 man i agree but that shit is everywhere. all animes leech and suck dry ppl times and try 2 prolong shit indefinitely. it def sucks 2 have whole episodes dedicated 2 a single event without the main story movin forward at all. but it is worse 4 other anime. check out naruto lol. shit is unreal how long they prolong certain shit. i remember watchin last year and they started this war, and a year later i check again, and they r still in the war...unreal.
The Children Member	Sat Aug 09 14:34:28 anyway i finished all 60 chapters of attack on titan. so i might aswell rate season 2. season 2 is...well imo not better than season 1. i mean shit is just different. the story is a bit more complicated, more twists and more of the usual "something is not right" shit but in terms of main story going forward...they havent gone forward shit. i feel like u r stuck in between. u know annie is good. u know the rest r prolly good guys aswell. but shit just gets stuck with this moron of a main character that does nottin but teenrage and whine and bitch whenever he is onscreen. cos he aint gettin that much screentime anymore either, it all about the other characters now. but when it is on him, he is either transported by someone, or he is teenragin all over the place. he is a shithead is what he is. prolly the dumbest character of the story. noone else is as dense and dumb as he is. ofc the twists in the story and focus on other characters r welcome. but ur not really getting forward. and levi and erwin kinda both suck. i cant wait till the day they get killed off. overall, i say 7.5 out of 10. good reveals, good twists, but storyline is not moving forward and draggin on forever it seems. still dunt know jack shit on why da titans attack humans and we pretty much know they aint the bad guys as such was hinted many times in seasons 1 and 2 but da big reveal is like takin forever.

Midion Member	Sat Dec 20 21:35:48 I watch all my anime with Japanese audio and English subs. I did watch the AoT anime. As of the last 8 years I have been reading more manga. There are some really good Korean manhwa's too. So many good mangas never make it to releasing an anime.

Why do they eat people?
